1. Who Creates Accounts
Pipilo Tales accounts are created and managed by parents and guardians only. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or provide personal information directly to us. Children use the Service only under the supervision of their parent or guardian account holder.

Favorites and preferences: Stories you mark as favorites and playback preferences (autoplay, sleep timer settings)

Usage data: Stories played, search queries, features used, and session duration
Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version
Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics in COPPA-compliant mode with advertising features disabled. No advertising identifiers are collected.
Crash reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs for debugging purposes. These logs do not contain personally identifiable information.

We do not collect precise geolocation data.
We do not collect data from children under 13 directly.
We do not use advertising SDKs or sell data to advertisers.
