Paul is starting a new school and doesn't yet know how to speak the language. He feels nervous but soon finds that he has interests in common with his classmate Maria, who also likes insects...especially rollie pollies. Maria kindly helps Paul as he learns a new language and Paul ends up helping Maria too when she faces a fear of her own.
